Return Eligibility
Non-Returnable Items

Returns are accepted only under the following circumstances:

Returns will not be accepted for:

  • Product received in damaged condition
  • Manufacturing defect
  • Incorrect product delivered
  • Missing item from the order
  • Minor variations in hand block printing
  • Slight color differences due to photography or screen settings
  • Products used, washed, altered, or damaged after delivery
  • Customized or made-to-order products

To initiate a return request, customers must contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide clear photographs or videos of the issue.

Return Approval
Refund Process

All return requests are reviewed by our support team before approval.

Once the returned product is received and inspected, eligible refunds will be processed.

Refund Timeline
Refund Mode

Approved refunds are initiated within 5-7 business days after successful inspection of the returned product.

Refunds will be credited through the original payment method used during purchase. For Cash on Delivery orders, refunds will be transferred via bank account or UPI after verification.

Depending on the payment provider or bank, the refunded amount may reflect in the customer's account within 7-10 business days.

Shipping Charges
Cancellation of Refund Requests

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error from IndeHue.

Refund requests found to be fraudulent, misleading, or unsupported by evidence may be declined.
